Arepa Catira

The Arepa Catira is one of the most popular arepas on the Venezuelan table, and its ingredients resemble the hair of a blonde woman, hence its peculiarly colorful name.

It is worth mentioning that this is different from the arepa pelua’ because it is filled with shredded chicken and yellow cheese, but you may tend to confuse it, that is why we explain you how this Venezuelan recipe should be made.
